A stunning notable mineral specimen of highly sought-after 'Vera Cruz' Amethyst from the collection of D. Melville (no. 645).

The crystals are abundant on the matrix. They are glassy and internally flawless with the classic delicate yet saturated pinkish-purple zoning towards the terminations. A larger double-terminated crystal can be seen perched at the top of the specimen.
